  • ·LD 1242 MMCM Supports   Eliminates track & trace and Annual Audit

Second Group: 

  • LD 1249     MMCM Neither For nor Against     The least harmful of the 2 testing bills.
  • LD 1434     MMCM Against   Unnecessary already allowed
  • LD 1445     MMCM Against   Full testing panel.. expense would be passed on to patient

Interested Parties:

 Regarding Friday's slate of public hearings, the chairs have decided to break the hearings into two groupings. 

Members of the public who register to testify in person may testify once in each bill grouping. Testimony will be limited to 4 minutes in each block.

For those wishing to testify, please register in advance. As a reminder, if individuals register later than 8:30am on Friday, they are not guaranteed a chance to speak at the meeting. 

 If you plan to submit written testimony through the online portal, we recommend you submit it for each individual bill.
