The Maine Municipal Association is currently aware of 14 municipalities (out of 488) that have opted in to allow some or all of the four types of non-medical marijuana businesses authorized under state law (cultivation, manufacturing, retail, and testing). A list is provided below. Members are encouraged to notify MMA of additions to this list by emailing
